First time Rental. December Traffic

Hi BP family,

I have posted my first investment property for rent around 2 weeks ago. Got many interested applicants but non of them followed through. Is it normal to have slow traffic in December for rent? Check out property 10004 Daly Dr Hurst TX

I know I have to be patient but time can be against you at a certain point of the process.

Got the property under contract for the same listed price. Now, time to experience the management side of the business.
