Looking to find an experienced wholesaler and/or investor who would like to exchange their knowledge for my free labor. I would like to learn about finding and researching properties as well as estimating rehab costs. I am a CPA (good with numbers) and a licensed (Indiana) real estate broker (access to MLS).
