If they are month to month, you pick the unit you wan to live in and give a notice (I think its 30 days) of non renewal.You could even have your seller submit the notice as part of the sale so it is vacant when you take possession.Financing should not be a problem.

So many times when I see someone post here about how we turned down every great deal they brought to us I go in and review their account to see that they've given up after 1-2 deals (or never even submitted one) or that they've not taken advantage of the curriculum, contacted the team etc.

Plans are submitted to city, will start on "in-place" type reno next week for existing bath.Goal would be to find a buyer early so that we can either sell as soon as it is complete, or even sell it now - bonus for buyer would be they can customize a bit if desired (e.g. here are your two choices we include in this price range. or pay more to get whatever custom version you want).
