Reminder - 4th of July Week a good time to shop
A reminder to all investors out there actively looking at deals, 4th of July week/weekend is a really great time to make low offers on properties. If you've been eyeing a deal (specifically on MLS) that has already been on market over 7 days, good listing agents know their chances to find a buyer after July 4th drop significantly. If you're submitting an offer for a client or for yourself this week, remind the seller of that!
