What that means is I love numbers and figuring out the patterns that produce results. 

A 1-star review isn't the end of the world, but if you see a pattern of hostile or arrogant responses from the PM company, that'll tell you a lot about the owner(s) of the business.

Just when I thought that has to be the most hideous flooring I had ever seen, I bought a rental that had linoleum flooring in the living room that was a busy pattern of burnt orange and brown. 

You should be able to find out from the local zoning commission what, if any, restrictions there are - and see if any might be in the works.AirDNA is a useful resource for looking at market patterns/demand, but their rental projections can skew high because of the way they gather their data.
