Originally my tenant had been approved for 2 older basset hounds (outside only dogs) for which, upon move in, he paid to have my backyard fenced himself with a rather quality plank farm fencing.  

My days were long, but I grew up on a farm, so that seems pretty normal to me.

Look at jobs they've done in the past or references.   

Wish I had a great success story but the mobile home park is built on the family farm.

I normally have a no-pets policy  (which stems from bitter experiences and Urban Farming)  but allowed them in the case.  

They would have to sturdy up the existing  farm road (with is squeezed between river and our property).The farm road is about 25 feet away from the river, the banks of the river are eroding an average of 3 feet a year.The long and short of it is...owning our land would make their land much more valuable. 

It's just a small farming community.

Zoning although not that important becasue you can log in any zone.. but you want to know the difference between EFU land and Farm Forest..
