I haven't come across any buyers that were disappointed in a house NOT having carpet in the living areas. 

Added to the disappointment was realizing the extent I had to go just to cancel the contracts which I'd accidentally set up for auto-renewal. 

Big money is always looking for a good deal to back but what big money does not like to do is all of the required leg work and back and forth negotiations that typically goes on with local municipalities that will approve or disapprove such a proposal, its been done once and I know municiplaities do not like to be disappointed once they have already approved a project to go.

Going the extra mile here due to past good behavior, but really, it is disappointing I cant get a call back.

Been a little disappointed with some of the of service we've received recently, so we're trying to right that.

Compensation is not very high on my agenda, so if there are members out there who are in need of a hard worker as a partner or needs help with their flip, why not contact me, I am not here to waste your time.I shall not disappoint as I am confident in myself to bring the same dedication as I did on my last job to anything I do presently.

lol sounds like John is still suffering from a bad breakup. keep in mind the only difference between ARV estimates from a wholesaler and most investors would be access to information and there is really only one web site that requires access that's the MLS any other web sites with comp. info everyone has access to so in short having a wholesaler without a real estate licences is kind of like having an assistant or a bird dog and if you expect more than that out of them (which I think in john"s case may have happened) you will be bitter and disappointed.

Apart from the fact that it came down to trading my sleep for money, I had to disappoint them when I mentioned to them that I wasn't a lawyer.

You will be disappointed.
