Hey Guys im looking for any advice when it comes to investing in Multi- Family apartments in Houston or in Texas in general

Our Mentors and employees will always identify themselves, just as I am doing here. We have no desire to deceive anyone about who we are. We do, however, have over 22,000 members nationwide so there are a lot participating and contributing here on Bigger Pockets, from the posts I have seen they also identify themselves as members and do not hide that information. 

It has been a long time since you were involved with the group, and a lot has been added to the program since then. We are not a multilevel marketing company. We provide direct services to our members and no one is paid for referring other members. There is no "downstream" income for anyone. Even if you are no longer interested in the program, I would appreciate hearing about your experience so we can improve the program for others if we have not already made changes in your area of concern. 

Lifestyles Unlimited is not for everyone. You can get a lot of information right here on bigger pockets and connect with a wide variety of people with a wide variety of experiences. You can take this information and run with it. 

Our members  desire an organized education program, step by step guidance, a team of people to call when they need help, and a community of investors they can meet with in person....it's just a different concept. It's kind of like a Gym Membership....you don't need to go to the gym and work with a fitness trainer to get in great shape. Instead, you can go on the internet and learn about effective exercise, buy a few workout tools, and do it right in your own home. It just depends on the approach that best fits your personality and needs. 

Lifestyles Unlimited is a real estate education and mentoring company focused on creating wealth and passive income through single family and multifamily rental real estate. We provide hundreds of hours of very detailed education at the level of your membership, and it is constantly being updated and added to. We also have a team of Mentors and Consultants in each of our offices, plus a National team to assist our members across the Nation.
