Looking for RE Attorney in Virginia

Interested in speaking with a knowledgeable and friendly attorney ideally in VA or Tennessee (we eventually need both).

We are working through some structural issues with our LLCs, and we want to make sure we are covered on a liability front. Just some housekeeping. Been a little disappointed with some of the of service we've received recently, so we're trying to right that.
