I agree, dratically trim the front hedge at least 1/2, Paint the garage door the same color as the body of the house the accent trim that's white could be done in contrast color.The body of the house looks like brick, I wouldn't paint that.Maybe new exterior lights by garage.Front door is hard to see. looks like it matches garage door..

My PM is saying that I would have to pay a set out fee which is having 4 able bodied men to actually move the stuff out the apartment and that is could cost up to $400+... my question tho is since the eviction was being filed for the rent in January, and I hadn't closed until the end of January, shouldn't it be the previous owners responsibility to get the tenant out???

The new economy of property management would suggest no "leasing fee" because that doesn't incentivize the manager to actually get the best tenant possible, but just a warm body who has the money ready up front.
