with a rental its very important because fouled sewage backing into the unit means providing a hotel room until it gets fixed.. and also when we do the rehab we get a much better price than an emergency sewer line replacement.. just those little gotcha things we live and learn.

We filed a claim prior to July 1st, 2019 but fear that we will recover very little of the investment money due to: legal fees, court battles, cost for maintaining the properties prior to sale, and the fact that the total value of the properties is estimated at 60% of the total amount people invested in the ponzi scheme.

We need to refurbish the tub and the renter is sensitive to smells also this is a 2 day drying and chemical smelling job.
