Hello,I am trying to find out whether or not Fannie/Freddie accept K1's from MLP's in my stock portfolio account. 

How about a stock, bond or other publicly traded security?

Is this really going to get us dead in the water?

Invest in the stock market, which has been on a tear lately?

If you're just an individual that buys real estate but makes primary income from another source, just buy good properties off of the MLS and hold on to 'em. 10 years from now, the purchase price doesn't mean much or really change your return.It's like trying to buy/trade stocks rather than index funds.

This causes at least a second trip charge from us, resulting in more expense for the owner for something that could be easily diagnosed and repaired with parts we stock on the service van. 

For example, I suck at stock investing, so I would be passive and rather have someone do that for me (just so happens my significant other is good at that).
