To me he is asking for you to do a walk through video of it before he books it.

There's gotta be some law on the books that it's a-ok to slap a really stupid person, like at a certain level of idiocy it's a public service vs assault, right, I mean seriously, come on. 

I am currently reading ‘The book on investing in real estate with no (and low) money down by Brandon Turner, hence why I recently joined the blog. 

AND with STRs you have no risk of evictions (which can get to be real expensive depending on the area)  and most damages that guests do are covered by insurance (either through the rental platform it was booked through or sometimes the property management firm has added insurance too).As someone that build a large long term rental portfolio here in Illinois (I still have 40+ houses here) and somebody now building a portfolio in tennessee, I would definitely recommend looking at new construction in some of these str areas. 

I got interested in real estate investing last year and since then have read several of the BP published books on real estate.I still have a lot of unanswered questions floating in my head but my goal is to buy my first property and some point next year. 

When reviewing Airbnb listings and their calendars, I noticed that around 95% of them have no bookings for the next 2 to 3 months.

@Kim Lisa Taylor is being modest when she says “read some books on how to raise capital legally for real estate”.  

I am wondering if anyone would recommend any real estate investing courses, podcasts, books, or any other educational material that has helped them in their own career? 

Airbnb is just one way of getting MTR bookings.
