. — A bill passed during the Oregon legislature's third special session extends a moratorium on evictions, but it also requires action from renters in order to gain continued protections.House Bill 4401 extends the statewide pause on evictions for non-payment until June 30 of 2021.

My last direct add was 2016 and that was a very special situation where seller was absolutely desperate to sell and needed a next day cash deal so I got an incredible price through my local PM.I did add to an existing REIT position in March of this year (MPW), and established one totally new position (STOR), as for a very short period of time their prices got totally crushed by COVID (down well over 50% in just a couple of trading sessions). 

Personally, I'd suggest attending one of the online Zoom sessions with Freedom First REIA, based here in Rochester.

But time is quickly running out on this “lame duck” session.

He has a session where he answers any questions you may have  and every week we roll play calls and he offers suggestions on how to improve. 

Something like an electronic book, online gym session, online health class.Please share your ideas.

If you have weekly sessions, that is almost definitely a coach.
