I am interested in buying deplexs in cleveland with 100% cash and was just wondering what tips or advice other investors can point out to me

It is a great, low risk strategy. You can always refinance in the future....possibly into portfolio loans with several duplexes at better rates and terms.

On another note, it is great to hear people paying all cash on BP for properties...usually people are posting about buying property with no money which is a recipe for disaster.
