Those bills tend to have much larger variation, so the flat monthly fee isn't very effective.

Hey @Myles TacciniThere are some variations in how lenders calculate things, but more so out of misunderstanding guidelines typically, not as an arbitrary decision.

I would be curious if vacationers opt to book shorter stays to make up for the increased cost of gas or if on the other hand, they book longer stays because they can mentally spread that increased cost of gas over more nights.No statistical variation yet.

This might not be possible due to variations in appliances, but maybe swap out your perfectly functioning fridge from your home with his "leaker". 

If one plan doesn't work after 6+ months, try another or add variations to what you are doing.* Took me over 1 year to land my first deal and seller signed 3 other contracts!

There are some odd variations city to city in NKY.

But now, I've seen other variations like 60/40 with differences in the preferred returns.

The variation can be HUGE depending on age, condition, utility set-up, and finishes.
