Hello BiggerPockets family,I am currently in escrow for my first multiunit so I am finally able to join in on this side of the forums.I was just curious to how most of you fellow investors would setup the basics in being a landlord of a multiunit.

More likely they join the 99% + who “try” wholesaling and never make a deal. 

I am considering joining one of the high tiers of the Big Dog Program (Phil and Shenoah Grove).

There are FB community pages, but you can’t join unless you are a current resident.like you, we stayed there in a cottage and LOVED it.

I run the local meetup and we would love to have you join if you are interested. 

when I'm in Florida, I'll def join. 

Keep in mind that when someone joins BP, or any forum, and their only post ever is a glowing review about a "coaching" program/guru, it looks very suspect.

I’ve been listening to the podcasts for a while now, but just recently joined up here on BP.
