I've been itching to get started in real estate investing. 

The items that itch at the back of my mind like a mental sliver can all be classified under the heading "What If.....". 

I notice that there are many newbies who are within the BP community and are itching to get involved in deals.

After getting the itch I began doing tons of research.

I have family and friends with cash who are itching to get securitized higher yielding instruments, and selling the notes I have could be a great way to increase my returns and their returns.

Residential lender will tell you not to do that, but you can quick claim it... and yes they could go look it up, down at the court house or whenever you renew your loan, or they feel like scratching an itch, thus they would "call the loan in", meaning they tell you to pay it in full on the spot, which then you could quick claim it back to yourself, refi to another bank... who knows, that's the risk.

I spend some time in SLO for college, it is such a beautiful place and I am itching to visit again.

However, I'm starting to get an itch to dive into real estate investing.I read the ultimate beginners guide to investing on this website and love what's going on this website.

I inderstand where she is coming from but I have an itch to invest.

I too am an engineer, and agree that real estate definitely scratches that number-crunching itch!
