The housing projects near the FEDEX Forum have ALL been replaced with brand new housing and downtown is busting with Apartment and business combos. 

However, that would have to be placed inside the property - which means, once again, FedEx etc would need to first get into the locked building (we have a room that we could place it in). 

That is key, because a lot of families cannot afford to vacation to places where they have to buy plane tickets for the whole family.I would also look into Navarre Beach, Gulf Breeze, Pensacola Beach and Panama City Beach.

Sure you could use software like ProspectNow, Reonomy,  etc... but strong relationships with brokers is where it's at without a doubt.Suggestion noted.Given the guy wants to search in markets which are a plane ride away, what else can be done other than F2F meetings?

Ocala has recently added several large warehouse/distribution centers - Auto Zone, Chewy's, Fed Ex, and is building another one along the interstate at the same exit.
