I have a solid project and have been approved for a large value construction loan, but am seeking a hard money loan for the land/property purchase.

Can anyone provide me with a few recommendations of individuals who might be able to help?

@Jeremy Helsabeck I'll give another recommendation for Justin Cooper at Pine Financial.

Two others I know of in Denver are Cardinal Financial and Veristone Capital.
