Best Deal Finding Subscription Service? (First Post Ever!)
Hey Everyone my name is Josh and would still consider myself a beginner in real estate. I have one successful flip under my belt and am currently living in my second flip that is set to net over six figures. I am thinking I would rather take the equity, BRRRR, and house hack, but I am leaving all options on the table. The person that sold me my current house is a big real estate guy in the area with hundreds of doors and millions of dollars behind him. He has agreed to mentor me and my gut is telling me he is the guy I need to stick with. With this said I am trying really hard to bring him some value with my pestering questions. If I fail to bring him value I doubt he will continue to mentor me. He has expressed his desire for me to get into wholesaling and find him deals while I learn the ropes. Any advice would be appreciated. I would primarily like to know the best subscription service for deal finding and getting phone numbers to cold call. Thanks!
