I understand --SFR --is diffenrent issue.I have read in book and on webinar -- you can use Pizza Delivery man or Mail man for Birddogging to identify Vacant or borded up homes --and you pay $100 to $500 --if you buy that hosue-- just pay cash --who is going to complaint ?

I might have more units that some people, but I have a deal with lowes for a 14.4 cu. ft. whirlpool fridge for $300 with free delivery and haul away and the matching range with digital display and gas burners for $400.

Lesson learned.... the adapted to a changing local dynamic/economy.But if a local store has the best price I would rather go pick it up than order and wait for delivery for most items.Even computers, my last 3 laptops I bought at Best Buy.
