Any other red flags I should be aware of?

There is just a ton of Airbnbs in the area and I would say overall moderate draw (concerts, reds/bengals/FC Cincinnati, creation museum, children's hospital).  

Hello,So the inspection report came back with these red flags, the offer for the house was 300k, then i asked for 25k reduction and they take care of all the hazardous stuff but they said ok for 25k but you take care of everything.Anyone know how would approximate be to:1) put chimney flue2)do knob and tube rewireing (i heard it will be costly around 30k)3) change furnace4)pluming and asbestos (not sure if I should do anything for the asbestor)any help will be much

Is this a red flag for those who are experienced investors? 

Red flags 🚩 I can see now were not apparent then. 

However, it sounds like that builder can not move their properties given that they are offering incentives - that's a red flag right off the bat that the new builds might be priced too high for their specific location, which could certainly affect appreciation for a while. 

Generally speaking these are the red flag syndications (with limited exceptions) I would shy away from.

They reached out to me too I am always skeptical when they have no real clients on bigger pockets that can verify his so called "system" to me that a red flag right there sounds like another program scam...
