Cincinnati House Hacking

Hello, I am new to the real estate journey, and I was wondering how the market for downtown Cininnati looks for STR and MTR? I live out of state, but I feel like there would be a great start for me there.

@Nick Askew

I own LTRs in Cincinnati and STRs elsewhere but I think Cincinnati has enough events to attract STR/MTR guests.

I have lived on both KY and Ohio sides of Cincinnati and we have about 9- 10 concert venues within maybe 4 -6 square miles. There is the world class zoo and Children’s Hospital is number 3 in the country. We have the high number of headquarters of Fortune 500/1000 companies plus college sports and professional sports…again all densely packed in a few square miles for the most part.

Please reach out if you want to discuss more. I like to speak to new investors and co-host an online group for women for the local chapter of Real Estate Investors Association. I am not a realtor but 2nd generation house hacker and my daughter is looking to do the same. You are on the right path!
