Here today gone tomorrow.Your equity is not earning it's keep but as long as you use real estate to park your excess cash you will not be able to do much better.

I figured now I could double payments every month and what I was paying on these additional bills will now me excess money each month.

Strong wind gusts and very dry conditions aren't helping with fighting the blaze and trying to contain the raging wildfire that is causing so much damage and grief.Can you imagine, going to the grocery store or visiting a friend down the street, and an hour later seeing smoke a few miles away, not thinking much about it or being very worried about it...but a few minutes / hours later being forced by order to LEAVE NOW and a few hours later you find out that multiple people are considered missing and that almost the whole town was completely wiped out... as if a bomb went off and flatted the entire area..Well, this is very much a reality for people Northern California in Butt County.

Dry the sink and put the stopper in place.To combat the population, there are a few websites that sell sprays with a targeted sprayer, like we see on a WD40 can, and other applications that work as birthcontrol to the invaders.

@Kris Benson, You're looking for a "watering hole of the Serengetti" - you know the few  watering holes in the African plain that stay wet during the dry season. 

Most people would find that excessive, but it is very inexpensive.If you are used to just living in a bedroom, my advice is either find another room to rent or move into a property and rent out your extra bedrooms.As I have gotten older with a family, I value a nice home in a good neighborhood more than I did when I was younger.

It can be dry, and it doesn't all apply to a new agent, and it will give you systems for your follow-ups and leads.
