I appreciate the advise I am more of an information gatherer so these last few podcasts have helped reiterate that sometimes it is best to just get in the game.I will be keeping a keen eye on real estate, although I have a fairly good grasp on the neighborhood just not numbers specific.

Your brain seems to have done a 180 in your last two paragraphs, so which is it:- nervous about DTI, or keen to explore additional HML straight away? 

One who is keen on real estate investing and perhaps looking to expand on opportunities in the area.
