@Arthur D. before you make a decision please be sure to read the Fair Housing Laws you cannot deny applicants because of because of race, color, national origin, religion, sex, disability and the presence of children.

Of note, I retired young with a disability so I have plenty of time to spend, but cannot do rehabs even though sometimes I think I can.
