I'm mildly disabled with MS so most of my work will be done online and multi-state.  

My son, who is disabled, purchased a home for $30,000  cash a little over a year ago. 

Somewhat similar situation, potential tenant had a yearly disability check but no monthly income. 

If you have a tenant relying on child support, alimony, short term disability, welfare, unemployment, part-time income, seasonal income - these all typically have expiration a cash-flow-analysis won't tell you.

We went through a rough patch when I was injured and was on disability and could not afford all the bills we had.

@Arthur D. before you make a decision please be sure to read the Fair Housing Laws you cannot deny applicants because of because of race, color, national origin, religion, sex, disability and the presence of children.

I am new to investing and would like to know about house flipping and wholesaling also bird dogging I will help others you get to where they want to go I don't mind doing leg work so whatever it takes I am 59 & disabled but I can do so much each day

If i get a Past due judgement aginst my tenant, can i garnish from a disability acount? 

Of note, I retired young with a disability so I have plenty of time to spend, but cannot do rehabs even though sometimes I think I can.
