OK, so i have a few legal questions that i would like some advice on.

1. If the city condems my rental, do i still need to follow the standered eviction process?

2. If i get a Past due judgement aginst my tenant, can i garnish from a disability acount?

 3. I had a warrant issued and am being charged with "criminal housing violation". Whats the penality if im convicted?
