Every time I mention something about the outside to prospective tenants, they say "oh, that's nice" and just continue to concentrate on the inside spaces. 

Most my concentration has been on moncton and surrounding area.

We had an energy audit and learned where were the places where we should concentrate our efforts.

If you go to a country type area with a larger concentration of mobile homes by a larger city you'll find a mobile home parts store.

If you cannot find a good person to sell your properties to help you concentrate on income production, I would go ahead if that market is like you say and get a license especially if you are disciplined enough to take your classes at home or your office.  

Atlanta is a magnet for businesses and people are relocating here consistently; however look at the trends and you'll notice higher concentrations of buyers and renters moving into the heart of the city, into Vinings near the new Braves Stadium or towards the Decatur area, which is quickly growing.

Rob, my husband and I are concentrating on that niche, not sure if you listened to my podcast.  

But the new development seems to be concentrated in the NASA/Clear Lake area down to the northern part of League City.

Me and a few others are concentrating on cleaning that up.

I scaled to 350 SFR's  then sold out to a partner 4 years ago and a portion also to a hedgefund ( our Atlanta inventory) we took profit.. and then I took profit.. now concentrating on Debt side only.
