Mid-twenties and I recently got into real estate in Rhode Island by buying a duplex, living in one unit and renting out the other; and spending a lot of time reviewing the bigger pockets podcasts and forums.I've been working through everything myself (and fumbling a bit here and there, haha) but I think it's time I put a more concentrated focus on things since I want to expand my portfolio; end of next year timeframe.Any suggestions/tips for a new landlord/investor; my biggest hassle has been how to go about finding contractors for work I can't do or doesn't make sense for me to do.
