I have a teenage soon that I've raised by myself since his dad passed when he was an infant. 

I know that my interests may not be popular among teenagers and my goal is will be a challenging one to accomplish but I feel as though if there is a will there is a way.

I know from experience that having the right people around you is very valuable toward maintaining the right mindset.I was always interested in investing in real estate since I was a teenager but unfortunately made many bad financial choices over the years.I recently landed a much better paying job which is shifting my financial situation for the better.

Reminds me of some teenager trying to figure out how to get out of doing something when just doing the right thing would be a lot less effort. :) 

I'm joining bigger pockets to educate myself more on real estate which I learned in my Teenage years is my passion.

I learned to be a man as a teenager through books.

Another tenant, neighbor and also a receiver of government subsidy, I am told has handed her keys 6 months ago to some partying teenagers who have holed up inside.  

Needless to say they didn't take it well and immediately started acting like scorned teenagers: wouldn't talk with us or respond to letters; greeted me with abusive language when I went to the property {I made certain not to bring my son this past month}. 

It is honestly a "dream job" for someone with a teenage mindset.

Married to my wonderful wife Tawain and I 4 teenagers ( God help Me).
