The annualized return is highly speculative, so you can really only use CoC for an apples to apples against stocks.

I'm talking about dividend paying stocks such as Google, Apple or Microsoft.

I use a mobile app called OKUPIED, which I think is only available on the Apple Store, but compared to all other ones I have tried it is by far the simplest to use and their support is on point when you need something. 

So it apples to the funding fee?

They buy a security and are no more involved in the business than is someone who buys $50k of stock in Apple.

Also your stock appreciation is an optimistic 10% so you are comparing apples to oranges.

Even worst if you jump around from a SF to a dupelx to a 4 family and different neighborhoods and price points - now you are comparing apples with oranges.

My wife just read Apple is shutting down their stores outside of China, restaurants are having fewer people going out.

In my opinion, Apple, Google and every other major stock is about the same as it was a month ago.
