Any thoughts on with as many businesses shutting down for 2-3 weeks how will our wonderful tenants be able to pay there rent on time? My wife just read Apple is shutting down their stores outside of China, restaurants are having fewer people going out. My thought go; to I can handle a few missed rents every month but I've never planned on an entire City, State even country wide shut down of income for all my clients. Any thoughts gang?

Well today is the 20th I've received 92.31% of my rents. I've worked with several of my tenants/clients with only 2 flat out using this as an excuse to not pay rent and only one of those 2 surprised me the other has been late or had some reason for being late with rent since moving in.. The other texted me intermediately and stated she had lost her entire home cleaning clientele due to COVID-19. I understand We asked our cleaner not to come too. With May rents coming I look forward to another month of insecurity, but I'm am happy to hear COVID-19 is running it's course and they my be opening up the economy soon.

Of course this will expose a new economy, who will get their jobs back? When will the courts reopen and then how will they look at evictions.

I've been blessed so far, everyone I know is virus free. Please keep yourselves safe and may God be your guiding light.
