That many animals can't be properly attended to and so are left to their own devices which means property damage.

Their customer service was able to fix that but it took a few hours.The devices definitely seem more cheaply made than the alarm I have at home, but it does work.  

Evernote will definitely help you organize your receipts and paperwork, with cloud integration so you can photograph receipts in the field with your phone, throw the paper away if you choose, then have access to the images from any device.

Bass really carries, so no bass enhancement devices either.Since your sub-floor is attached directly to the joists without the sound control between them the noise will carry a lot from above to below and from below to above.

I walk them through a few steps to reset breakers, test the device, etc.

Consult with your insurance company before providing kayaks and other water activity devices. 

I'm not aware of an device you could place on your property that would prevent them from barking.
