@Luis Hernaif there's a loan on a property, then you can't seller finance - it sounds like you'd be taking over the mortgage sub to, and seller financing the rest of the equity. 

But if you can project perceived value, then maybe you attract more wealthy customers looking for things they can afford?

How do these conglomerates with holding companies and different sub companies do banking then?

Although, I have zero unsatisfied customers to date.
