Estimate Sample for garage conversion

Can anyone here send me a sample estimate for Garage Conversion? Maybe a template?

Not exactly, too many variables. First I would go to the Building Dept and see if the existing garage is allowed to be converted. I used to run into this all the time. You can't just always convert an old garage....for example the existing slab must have the proper PSI, vapor barrier, and steel. And the structure cannot be an older style with under-sized studs, beams, headers, etc. 

Better to ask first rather than spend a lot of money and find out later..... :-)
