The Trust is not causing you any harm.The police have to catch the person breaking in doing a major crime, carrying a weapon and actually in the act or most police will do nothing.

Realtors, doctors, athletes, teachers, limo drivers, governments, lawyers, pharmacists, police, actors, etc. 

I'm sure you can understand, some people entertain themselves and find joy in being aggressive or even malicious behind a curtain of anonymity.

As progress continues to be made on the regulatory hurdles and the drama from the bad actors subsides that should bode well for the industry.  

All brokerages have varying rates so it’s much different where I am so we may not have the same issues there.As far as the lockbox thing, do you know how easy it is for a bad actor to forge a preapproval or bank statement?

Many bad actors in this space.  

It also helps keep you focused and filters out the bad actors and the bad deals.If you're going to invest in flips, make sure they are a good deal.

Though you, and many other, agents may act to a high standard of morality, its been my direct experience that the industry has more than its fair share of actors who are far less ethical, and interested only in closing a deal.

However suffice to say these are some of the highest paid people in the US that are not actors or hedge fund managers :)But what I have found missing in virtually all these events I have sit through all these years.. is HOW TO SELL.they all teach the nuts and bolts.. but I don't see any focus on how to actually sell.
