Doing fancy hardware combinations would be twice as much from a conventional manufacturer (Pull outs, pull downs, etc.)* Typically immediately available* Good longevity for regular human use (Not low-grade tenants)* Doors are super easy to replace if you need to replace something or change styles later* The rails are affordable.

Nothing fancy just rental ready.

recently moved to NJ and my 1st post, but i will put my heart out :).i have some experience being landlord, but now i am looking to build, my new home. nothing fancy and dont worry, not asking for price/sq. ft questions.i am in very early stage, considering land and looking for GCs, thinking of being the GC myself etc.Anyone with experience in NJ ?

I originally budgeted to replace it but decided for about 1/4 the money I could dress up the surroundings and improve the overall look more.
