But that is the cost of doing business.One last thought: I love Grant and listen to his stuff religiously but he has been wrong before.

Nor will you be favored if you decide you want to spread your particular religious beliefs to all and sundry.I've saved what I feel is the most important and greatest thing about Pittsburgh for last.

In the meantime, I'll mention the same advice that I've been preaching for years; secure W2 employment, save religiously, build your credit, limit unnecessary debt, pay off any debt you owe, practice analyzing deals (house hacks), & attend local REI meet-ups to connect with others.

Most of my donations go to my church, pregnancy resource center, YoungLife, Compassion International, Tebow Foundation, and then some non-religious organizations like Downrange Warriors, local sports or 4H, etc.
