Currently I have one tax parcel number and dual-use of the land (R-2 and C-2).  

It has a dual benefit in that you will begin a career that allows you to pay the bills and save up for a down payment for your first real estate investment AND you have a valuable skill that will help you lower costs with your rentals in the future and connect/network with other investors.

@Martin Z. in addition to the usual E&O and bonding  your best protection is to only use an intermediary that offers you segregated dual signatory qualified escrow accounts in an FDIC insured institution.1.

My name is Adrien, i'm a french / american, i have dual citizenship.  

It's one of the reasons I disclose that I am working for them, and wont dual agent on them.

(I drop my realtor's name for full disclosure that they wouldn't be dual-agent) I then ask for a verbal description of the place/condition. 

It only stays that low about 4 months of the year.I do have a high end dual system one for upstairs and one for down.

I am a dual Australian/British national, and I have networks of friends and relatives in both London, and around Australia that I could draw on.

Is it a good idea to be licensed in two major markets in two different states at the same time? Or is this a complete waste of time?
