Two Different Comps . Can agents mess this up?

I'm trying to build a solid team. Yesterday I requested some comps on a property I'm looking to wholesale . I reached out to some agents and got two different comps which threw me off by 10,000 on the same property. How do I know who did their job correctly?

What price property.  Certified appraisers will easily vary by $10k in $150k plus properties.
