No not really although I do play golf, but maybe not as good as tiger even when he is just sitting in the cart sipping on a Mai Tai.

Anyways, I'm Ansel from Seattle area getting ready to buy my first investment property by June 30th 2017. I have little to no experience. I do currently own our first home with some good equity in it! 100k woo!

I am currently putting together my 5 year plan.

First Sign up for Biggerpockets PRO. Done.

Second find a good investment town in Washington. Anywhere in Seattle Met is to expensive. Investigating Spokane and Richland. STAY OUT OF GRAYS COUNTY LoL @Brandon Turner has it on lock down.

Third set up dual monitors. Done. Realize how old your computer is when it struggles having 15 internet tabs open. Done.

Goals is to fully become independent and exit the rat race (Boeing). Travel and spend time with family. Suck at golf maybe get better. Cook a mean meal for the wife that isn't burnt. 

Also I invite Any of the internet spelling and grammar trolls to follow me. I am sure I will keep you busy!
