The students typically fall behind on their schedule, so a local construction company volunteers a few weeks of work to catch them up and finish the project by year end.

They are not paid to teach, and volunteer their time to record classes that we can take on-line, 24x7 at our own speed.

For example, at social outings, volunteer events, or a say a Christmas party, our business sometimes comes up in conversations, which sometimes leads to discussing business strategies, potential deals or partnerships.

I enjoy acting in local stage and film productions, and volunteering for the local food pantry and other nonprofits in my area. 

I love the BRRR concept, and really want to use Real Estate to make a positive impact on the community, both with housing and with the freedom that it will provide to volunteer and fund projects around Knoxville.
