@John Morgan your first sentence says your friend wants to break her lease due to her landlord being slow to repair issues.  

Again not a deterrent because if you pick an area with diverse employment it won't be a death sentence when one employer moves.

This last sentence seems to lump "investor members" and "Sponsor" together under the umbrella of "all members", so that would mean since all Members participate in the pref, Sponsors get to participate.

(That's a period at the end of that sentence). 

@Jaysen Medhurst last sentence was very spicy, I like it and he's correct.

I’m understanding that sentence to mean something different than you are.

It sounds like there isn’t any explicit prohibition against asking a mortgage applicant if they have done forbearance so I bet the overlays will account for it.Reminds me of when MLB did the “anonymous” testing on steroids...nothings ever anonymous and I don’t think this will be helpful to folks in the future, probably not a death sentence but....

I would be extremely grateful if you included in your response a sentence or two bragging about your accomplishments in real estate.

Take out "not" in my last sentence.
