Cary area is way too costly for me but I am open for Winston, Greensboro, Asheboro, Garner etc but I don't have deep insights there.So far I am relying on Zillow, Redfin only to find properties so also wanted to check what are other reliable local / online MLS sources to look for prospective properties.Lastly, i would love to ask questions, learn and progress with seniors  here.

@Sethu MadhavanThere is a reason why we have DTI limits - they are there to protect the borrower from getting in to deep into debt.

I recently toured TN for a couple weeks, was a "deep-dive tour" and Franklin was one of our target tour's, not for investing but for residence.

I think that you are way too deep on this.

In early covid days I was on phone several times with trading desk adjusting some things for assorted positions and expanding trading limit's and discussed how swamped busy they were with avalanche of those deep into margin calls, people loosing massive amounts of $, massive. 

That means it is not in their best interest to do through inspections or dig deep into P&L to make sure the numbers work for the buyer.

I don’t feel this is a just reward for my plans to educate my grand children and to relieve the financial burdens of my sons.
