Brie Schmidt of BP fame ( one of the first to quit her day job because of how well she did int he rental business)  she has a website called turnkey-reviews.. there are over 50 Turnkey companies listed on the site.. you can peruse their inventory there is a financial calculator function that lets you compare the cash flow numbers side by side...

Although $200 is, IMO, not worth perusing but that is up to you.
