Hi everyone,

I am a teacher and would like to explore my path to more financial freedom. I've been perusing  the blogs for over a month now and decided this is something I really want to do, property investment.  I have zero experience but I know I would like to try to connect with some experienced people who can help and guide me through fixing (not gut rehab, just cosmetic fixes) and flipping in the Chicago area as well as consider buy and hold.  Ideally I would like to partner with someone or groups on projects.  I am excited about this new step I am about to embark on.
