Get the feeling may be money laundering from other countries if they do pay but neither asked for money up front just all the bank info so paused to look both up which was difficult.

The thing about it that can give me pause is purchasing a property with really low rents because it will take a long time to increase current tenants yearly or re-lease units.

It's not like swimming in a river because if you stop swimming in a river you go backwards (downstream) You can pause real estate investing at any time without any adverse effects.
