"Grinding" is the word you are trying for.;)I speak 5 languages.

I will note, I'm not asking for any hand outs but I am willing to put in the effort and grind it out, if it means I can achieve my goals in the long run.

I think its kind of comical when folks grind over is it 8% or 10% or 12%  COC on fully levered properties your talking the price of a nice meal in the difference in annual return between the numbers..  

It's time Make Some Noise and not just let it happen.

Tenant A (night owls living in 1st floor) has been reaching out to us because she has seizures and had been getting multiple injuries due to Tenant B's "slamming and banging in anger"  as he has a baby (probably tenant A makes noises at night).

Keep grinding, change how you are grinding, and keep positive has been the goal.

You'll run into that in every market, no one wants to sell their home at 70-80% of ARV, its a grind. 

The Vivint alarm system can be set up to make particular noises when the camera detects a person.

If the sidewalk is heaving up, sometimes (but not always) grinding can remedy those tripping hazards quickly.Good Luck!
