Can you tell me what you pay for fees to get the license, to maintain the license, and other costs associated with having the licence.

I got my brokers licence in California mainly to have more control of my own transactions.The education was worth the effort, it was mostly real estate law which every investor should study anyhow.

I finally found through the MLS that he is a licenced DB in the state and active with the bar...got his email, and politely emailed him every day for two weeks. until he finally responded. 

Additionally, in most, not all, provinces you will also run afoul of the law/regulator if you market real estate you do not own without a licence.  

I am from Maryland if anyone has suggestions that would be great thanks.FIRST - if your not a licences forecloure conslutant in the state of MD your going to JAIL for doing a pre foreclousreSECOND - doing forecloures in the state of VA I have NO pitty for this lady the list of pre closures are around and im sure SOMEONE contacted her to get her out of her situation, I can imagine she being one of the RUDE people I encouter trying to HELP these people and she did NOT work with and take there advice, once again I have NO pitty for these people its not like NO ONE tries and save there dumb behinds

The first time the guy tried to threaten me with a fictitious sewer easement, claiming my sewer goes through his property.

I have copies of their drivers licences and social security numbers but have no good idea on how to track them down.  

(for me it's like using realtor)And another question: Can licenced real estate agent be a wholeseler?

My wife is going for her real estate licence to add something to our start up.
